Lanxi Boyuan Metal Co., Ltd is a veteran production base specializing in aluminum alloy ingot invested by Zhejiang Haotai Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd, covering a floor area of 53,333sq.m and a building area of 30,000sq.m.
　　The company has an annual output of 50,000 tons of quality aluminum alloy ingot, mainly in accordance with GB \ JIS\ DIN, which is ensured by sound production, monitoring and testing facilities; automatic and mechanized production process, including automatic feeding machine, PM mixer, casting lines and automatic ingot stacker; and advanced product testing equipment, such as spectrum testing machine, universal tensile machine, low-power pinhole and metal graphic detection equipment, and hydrogen-detection equipment, etc. Meanwhile, it constantly invests into environmental protection facilities, such as high power exhaust and dust-removal devices, to ensure its pollution free production with all the waste emission data meeting the standard, and take full advantage of waste resources.
　　The company obtained ISO-9002 in 1999; quality system certification in 1994; and ISO9001-2000 Quality System Certification in 2003. 　　　Lanxi ALWAYS Tool Co., Ltd (belonging to Boyuan new plant), founded in 2007, is a professional production base of aluminum alloy ingot invested by Lanxi Boyuan Metal Co., Ltd , covering a floor area of 60,000 sq.m and a building area of 30,000 sq.m. There are more than 150 workers, a product line of aluminum alloy ingot and wrought aluminum alloy bar with production capacity of 50,000 t per year, and every product index meeting or exceeding designed requirements. Quality 2000, 3000, 5000, 6000, and 7000 system wrought aluminum alloy bars and cast aluminum alloy ingots of various standards are available.
